Colin Day - Director – is the former Chief Executive of Collection House Ltd. Prior to working with that company he co-founded the Remington White collection company in 1987. Remington White was subsequently acquired by Collection House Ltd in July 2000. Colin returned to Melbourne from Brisbane in 2007 to found Alpha Legal. He has served on the boards of numerous public and private companies in both the finance and manufacturing sectors.

Peter Carroll - Director - was a banking & finance partner in a major Australian law firm for many years. He acted for the majority of Australian finance companies in most areas affecting their business, including securitisation of debt portfolios, standard retail lending transactions, leasing, hire purchase and a variety of other transactions. He is a director of a number of large public and private companies.

Mary Hanna – Director – Mary has played a crucial role in the start up and development of the Operational and Training capability of the company. With over 18 years experience in the Collections industry, Mary is responsible for the day to day operations of the Alpha Legal office. She holds a Science degree from Melbourne University and is a qualified teacher.
